When you have a passion for dance you want to keep fit for ever because of the joy of dancing and the desire to improve. But the fact of being thin to improve athletic performance should not be a real problem. If it’s so, you could lose joy and lucidity but also the quality of your performances. The daily exercises require a lot of energy.. Losing weight isn’t useful if the only result is to be slimmer. Dancing well requires perfect mental and physical shape. Each of us has a particular physical structure linked to the metabolism. Don’t start any diet by yourself!It could dangerous!
