Food & Dance
My menu
I’m a dancer, so I try to follow the following menu for my needs ...
Breakfast: yogurt, fruit, a cup of milk, coffee or tea.
Lunch: pasta or rice, simply prepared, with some vegetables.
Dinner: meat, fish, ham, cheese and a salad, usually the beginning of the meal.
During meals, I also have some bread.
