It's important to have regular meals and not to eat a single food group.
It isn't true that it helps to decrease our weight. Our body has the memory of famine so it's reaction will be to absorb as
much as possible its nutritional properties. This will cause an excessive accumulation.
Another mistake is to abolish the carbohydrate and fat from the diet.It's as to remove fuel from a car before a long trip. • Replace the regular supply of bars
and have "sugar-free products ". But the bars are not entirely free of
calories and sugar.
If you make those mistakes you will enter in the world of anorexia. It is the decreased sensation of appetite. While the term in non-scientific publications is often used interchangeably with anorexia nervosa, there are many possible
causes for a decreased appetite.
